In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, today's vlog is for anyone under age 20 who is curious about what they can do to improve their mental health AND be an advocate for mental health among their peers.

Join me to talk about the acronym PATH, advice for “removing the stigma” when it comes to mental health, how to be a leader among your peers when it comes to mental health awareness, and some ways that technology can support you.

Remember, if you are in crisis, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or contact the Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741.

Instead of watching your sled Snow Rider, focus several meters ahead. Spotting obstacles early gives you much more time to react.

I enjoy playing Orbit Beats during short breaks because each level is quick and exciting.
