A Message for Youth During Mental Health Awareness Month

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, today's vlog is for anyone under age 20 who is curious about what they can do to improve their mental health AND be an advocate for mental health among their peers.

Join me to talk about the acronym PATH, advice for “removing the stigma” when it comes to mental health, how to be a leader among your peers when it comes to mental health awareness, and some ways that technology can support you.
