Think about what people tend to post on social media. It’s all the best moments, right? People - including myself - tend to post about their happy moments and fun experiences. Social media has us conditioned to just view the “highlight reel” of other people’s lives.
This is also true when it comes to how people tend to post about their relationships online. I want you to know that just like any married couple, my husband and I do not have a perfect marriage! We have fights and disagreements. But what’s important is how we work through those conflicts.
