Explaining Tenodesis and Its Impact on My Life


Did you know that I use a function of my wrists called “tenodesis” all day long - even without my adaptive device? That's right! I use my tenodesis splint, which I call my "teno," to do precise movements but even without it, I can still do a lot of things with just a simple wrist movement.


Many people are curious about how I am able to use my hands so well, when I don’t have any movement in my fingers, so go ahead and watch today’s vlog to learn what tenodesis is and how I use it to live a more independent life!
