Here is the sequel to my last video that I posted about my tenodesis splint. In this video, I show how I prepare my lunch if someone is not available to help me. Before I got married, I did this routine on a daily basis and now it is a lot more infrequent but I still have days that I do this. This took me a long time to be able to learn so I thought I would share this for those that have a similar disability as mine, or for those who are curious on how I do my daily activities. Hope you enjoy! I would love to hear thoughts on other videos that you would like for me to do! So please shout out if you have an idea :-)
