Change is a part of life, but I don’t think many people actually say they love going through change. You might be heading off in to a new school this fall, or perhaps you’re embarking on a new job, or maybe you just experienced the end of a romantic relationship. Change can be scary, and I’ve experienced more than my fair share of big changes in my life. But over time, I've learned skills that help me adapt to changes better, and as a result, I’ve come out more resilient and strong on the other side.
