This September, for Suicide Prevention Month, I’m sharing a message that’s heavy on my heart. When I was 16, I almost lost hope after my accident. But because I stayed, I’ve lived a life I never imagined.

Watch my new video to hear my story and why hope matters so much. If you're struggling, please text or call 988.

If this video resonates with you, or you know someone who is struggling, please share this to spread the message about Suicide Prevention Month.

The information here is useful for people looking for the correct frontier router ip to access their router settings. Knowing the right local address can help users open the administration page, manage Wi-Fi preferences, review network options, update security settings, and troubleshoot common configuration problems.
