This month's vlog is a little longer than normal, but I think it's worth your time. Today, I’m taking you through an important step in my journey with scoliosis—I was recently molded for my new wheelchair backrest. This is something I’ve been doing for years, but as my scoliosis has progressed, adjustments are always needed. I wanted to record a video showing how this process is done and to give you some insight into my backrest and the need for it.

It’s so helpful to see the actual molding process—especially with how you noted that your scoliosis has progressed and adjustments are always needed. That really puts into perspective how important a properly fitted backrest is for daily comfort and posture. By the way, I keep a free transmission fluid reference guide I like to share: https://transmissionfluid.net/

He disfrutado mucho esta lectura.

The physics in Eggy Car are actually pretty satisfying. At first it looks easy, but once the terrain gets steeper it really tests your timing and patience.

Wordle meets quordle, only better! Solving four words at once is a good challenge for me because it keeps my attention.
