My Recent Experience With Counseling
May is Mental Health Awareness month. In this video, I share the importance of talking with others about your mental health. This is something that is so crucial. We all go through times in our life where we have struggles and challenges, and yet many times we try to go through this alone. In this video, I discuss the importance of finding a counselor and my experiences in this. If you are feeling that you need to talk to someone, or that talking to someone would help you, I recommend reaching out and finding a counselor.
