Have you heard the catchy song “Victoria’s Secret” by Jax?

It confronts Victoria’s Secret and other brands like it that have been spending years and years pushing unrealistic beauty standards on women and girls -- destroying our body image, making money off of our insecurities, and hurting our mental health.

In today’s vlog, I talk about my own issues with Victoria’s Secret as a brand, and some things to consider when it comes to our body image, our shopping choices, and how this all relates to our mental health. Let me know what you think!

Totally agree! The Ricky Bobby Costume never fails to stand out. I saw someone wear it last year, and everyone recognized it instantly. Such a clever mix of humor and nostalgia.

Totally agree with this! The Mrs. Claus Costume is my favorite holiday outfit. It’s cozy, elegant, and always makes you feel part of the Christmas spirit — especially when paired with Santa!

Powerful message about rejecting narrow beauty ideals—true confidence comes from wearing what makes you feel empowered! For me, that’s less about trends and more about cozy pieces that fit my lifestyle, like my go-to Buffalo Bills Dickey Jacket on game days. Authentic style should celebrate how clothes make us feel, not just how they look.
